Folk Festivals
These are the folk festivals that I would like to attend each
year, they are in date order, with a small comment and a

Chippenhan Folk Festival (May)
Mainly a dance festival with music sessions
Went in 2009 with Regency Re-Jigged.
Gower Folk Festival (June)
Wonderful small festival in a heritage centre
Dent Folk Festival (June)
Beautiful valley near Sedbergh, great atmosphere.
Moonbeams Folk Festival (July)
In a micro brewery near Scarborough
The first one in 2009 was superb.
Hardraw Gathering (July)
A folk festival all in one pub
3 or 4 sessions at one time plus concerts and dance.
Saltburn Folk Festival (August)
Great festival, went with Leap to your Feet and
The Soya Band in 2009 and we have been invited back
so we are there again in 2010, were running the Ceilidh.
Fylde Folk Festival (September)
Played for Leap to your Feet 2008, 2009
Always a good line up and sessions.
